About Budbee
Budbee is a technology based logistics company with focus on delivery related customer experience. The company was founded in 2016 in Sweden, has since had great success in expanding its delivery area and will continue to do so. Budbee delivers packages to the door with tracking and offers home delivery to all major cities and 200 areas in Sweden. In Denmark, they deliver to the entire North Zealand, Copenhagen, Odense, Aarhus, and Aalborg. In Finland, they deliver packages in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Turku, Jyväskylä, Lahti Tampere, and Oulu. They deliver packages throughout the Netherlands, except for the islands, and in Belgium, they deliver to Flanders and Brussels.
You can also send packages to one of their many package boxes (Budbee Box), of which you can definitely find one in Denmark, where they cover 60% of the country.
A great customer experience
Budbee has their main focus on delivering great customer experience. They always deliver to your customer’s front door, at whatever date and time works best. Budbee keeps customers updated with real time delivery updates. The customer gets a link which shows specifically where their shipment is located at all times. If the customer isn’t home, he/she can chose that the package is dropped off at the door or postpone delivery for a more suitable day/time, even after the package has been shipped.
