In January we shared a number of good news with our customers, which give you even more options when using Shipmondo.
Last month we launched a number of new features, among other, a new integration and new PostNord and DHL products. We shared also news about an addition in shipping rules through Shipmondo’s Delivery Checkout for Shopify users.
PostNord pallets and groupage
You can now ship both pallets and groupage with PostNord and gather all of your logistics and freight management activities at Shipmondo.
It’s big news, according inquiry from our customers. If you have a freight agreement with PostNord that these products are a part of, then we can easily help in activating it on your Shipmondo account.
Write to us at support@shipmondo.com, so we can add the new PostNord products to your agreement.
Shipmondo’s shipping app for Shopify
We’ve listened to your feedback and requests and our developers have implemented an extension of our Delivery Checkout for Shopify. You can now set up rules for delivery methods based on a combination of weight and price of the chopping cart.
You can e.g. set it up so that delivery to a GLS ParcelShop only is shown for orders weighing between 0-20 kg and at the same time offer free shipping for orders over DKK 500. Delivery of orders under this price limit could for instance be DKK 19 for shipments weighing between 0-10 kg and DKK 29 for parcels weighing between 10-20 kg.
This way you can combine weight and total price as a part of the setup of your delivery methods.

DHL Parcel Easy Return
It’s now possible for you to offer your customers to return their parcels with DHL Parcel Easy Return through your freight agreement with DHL Parcel. Your customers get a return label which they can put on the parcel and deliver it at a nearest DHL Parcelshop.
Print a return label and enclose it in your order, set it up on your Return portal or email return label to your customer directly from your Shipmondo account.

New integration: Visma
Make your workflow smoother with an integration between Shipmondo and your Visma ERP system.
This integration enables you to book shipments directly from your Visma admin. It saves you time and minimizes the risk of typos while creating and printing your labels.
This way you’ll achieve a lot more efficient and automated order management flow.
