We can now introduce Packeta to our carrier library!
Packeta has a unique history behind it. It has evolved from a local startup in the Czech Republic, originally named Zásilkovna, to now operating as an experienced carrier and logistics partner across Europe under the name Packeta, with branches in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Germany, among others.
Founded in the Czech Republic in 2010, Packeta has become a recognized carrier across much of Central Europe, including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia.
Innovative Package Solutions with Packeta
They have gained popularity, especially in the Czech Republic, with their innovative solar-powered Z-BOXes, which allow customers to retrieve their shipments from a modern package locker using only their Packeta app.
This is just one example of Packeta’s desire to bring sustainability and technology into the world of distribution.
Indeed, they have high ambitions for innovation and technology. Another example is their implementation of robots, which they call “PackMen,” that are part of their package sorting process. They are also exploring drones as a part of the future of package delivery. Packeta’s development is definitely worth keeping an eye on.
Packeta in Shipmondo
We are pleased to offer Packeta as a carrier option in Shipmondo, supporting the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland as sender countries. You get access to a wide range of Packeta’s shipping products and services for several recipient countries.

- Packets to Packeta Pick-Up points
We also support a number of Packeta’s subcontractors. Depending on your sender and recipient country, you can also activate Home Delivery with subcontractors like DPD, Cargus, Sameday, and Fan Courier, for example.
Once you have activated your shipping agreement in Shipmondo, you can book with Packeta through your Shipmondo account and our API. This way, you can integrate the booking of Packeta shipments into your current workflow.
You also have the option to add a return label for Packet to Pickup Point, and if you book through our API, you can also opt for the service Cash on Delivery.
