We celebrate the customers who have been continuously active with Shipmondo since the very beginning, marking our 10-year anniversary.
In 2024, Shipmondo reached a significant milestone. We suddenly found ourselves looking back on 10 years of incredible adventures and an unparalleled growth journey. In September, we invited colleagues and close partners to a small, intimate celebration at our office, because without them, there would be no Shipmondo.
Last but certainly not least, we want to acknowledge our customers. In the near future, we will welcome customer number 70,000. But reaching such a high number always starts somewhere.
That’s why we have chosen to honor a group of customers who have been with us and continuously used Shipmondo over the past 10 years. We believe in recognizing one another, and we strongly advocate for lasting and robust collaborations where we grow together.
The first customer
Our very first customer still uses Shipmondo to this day. They rely on us for occasional shipping bookings and have worked on multiple projects over the years that required efficient shipping management and integrations.
It’s always fun to think back to when we started Shipmondo. We were thrilled every time someone signed up, especially our first customer, who registered very soon after we launched. It’s quite amusing but also a great feeling to know that they still use our services today when they need them, says Hung Ho, co-founder of Shipmondo.
The first shipping label cost 39 DKK back then, marking our very first revenue. It wasn’t much, but it truly signified the beginning of the journey we have embarked on with Shipmondo.
Over the years, we have had various projects and different webshops, but we have always used Shipmondo. Right now, we are actually working on a new one, where we will also use Shipmondo’s delivery checkout, says Jacob Holmkjær Ossipoff, who, together with his wife, runs Innowise.
Thank you for being here
Several hundred of our very first customers still use Shipmondo today. They have watched us develop our solutions and platform, and we have seen their businesses grow into what they are today.
We have been part of each other’s journeys, supporting one another, and for that, we want to say thank you.
One of our latest cases is a perfect example of this: Trendhim. With over 10,000 product numbers in their webshop, more than 100 employees, half a million shipments to over 25 countries annually, and a revenue exceeding 250 million DKK, Trendhim has grown its business in collaboration with us.
Whether a customer sends 1 or 1 million packages, they are an essential part of Shipmondo. Regardless of whether they use us solely as a shipping engine or as a full setup with complete order management, picking solutions, and return management, they contribute to making a difference in our work.
Something we have maintained is our close collaboration with customers. If they reach out to us with requests for changes or improvements, we always take it into account and see if it’s possible to implement. More often than not, it actually is. It’s truly special to have such a close relationship with so many customers who feel comfortable enough to engage in a dialogue with us because they have something on their minds, Hung Ho says.
We have prepared a small gift, sent with great gratitude, to 250 of the companies that have been with us throughout the entire journey and have continuously used our services for the past 10 years.
