Budbee was founded in Sweden in 2016 with the goal of making online shopping easier by ensuring even faster deliveries. Over time, Budbee has expanded to the Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, and Belgian markets, delivering packages quickly and easily every day.
Budbee has a strong focus on the environment, and their couriers deliver packages by bike, in electric vehicles, or using vehicles powered by biofuel.
In 2022, they merged with Instabox, and although both Instabox and Budbee continue to operate as individual services along with the third brand, Porterbuddy, they are now run under the company Instabee.

Home Delivery with Budbee Home
Budbee delivers packages to private customers, usually in the afternoon and evening, when recipients are more likely to be home. They are focused on home deliveries, and as a recipient, you can always track the courier’s location on their route. Budbee is also flexible with deliveries to doorsteps or other agreed-upon areas on the property.
If you have your own shipping agreement with Budbee or other carriers, you can efficiently manage all your shipping bookings through Shipmondo.

Delivery to Parcel Locker with Budbee Box
Budbee also offers a box solution in which the courier drops off the package in an agreed-upon Budbee Box, after which the recipient can collect their package. If you have a shipping agreement with Budbee, you can manage your shipments through Shipmondo. You can also use our Personal Message feature to keep your customers updated throughout the process, from purchase to package collection. Find your nearest Budbee drop off location.
Over time, Budbee has grown and currently delivers to all major cities and 200 regions in Sweden. In Denmark, they deliver to the entire North Zealand area, Copenhagen, Odense, Aarhus, and Aalborg. In Finland, they deliver packages in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Turku, Jyväskylä, Lahti, Tampere, and Oulu. In the Netherlands, they deliver everywhere except the islands, and in Belgium, they deliver to Flanders and Brussels.
Returns with Budbee
You can always manage returns through your Shipmondo Return Portal across countries and carriers like Budbee. Budbee offers label-free returns, where the recipient can have their package picked up again from their home address or a selected Budbee Box. The package doesn’t need a label but just needs to be packed securely.
Budbee also has an app through which the recipient can order their return.

Budbee places great emphasis on environmentally friendly package delivery. Their couriers primarily deliver packages by bike, e-bike, other electric vehicles, and vehicles using biofuels like sustainable diesel. With their tech background, they also use their knowledge and experience to optimize delivery routes with a focus on sustainability. Their couriers drive as little as possible, guided by their AI system, Algot.
