You can now enable QR codes for return shipments using DB Schenker’s Return via Parcel Ombud product in Shipmondo.
With the QR code, your customers no longer need to print a return label. They simply show the code from their phone when dropping off the parcel at a DB Schenker service point. This makes the return process more convenient and flexible for both you and your customers.

For API users only
When booking via API, use the service code QR_CODE
in your Create shipment request. Once the QR code is ready, it will automatically be sent to your customer via email.
