Shipmondo now supports several new products via DSV Parcel – both for domestic shipments within Norway and for returns from Norway to Denmark through:
helthjem
- helthjem – Hentepakke - for shipments from Denmark to helthjem service points in Norway
- helthjem – Standard - for shipments from Denmark to private addresses in Norway
- helthjem – Return - for domestic returns in Norway and, upon agreement with DSV Parcel, also for returns from Norway to Denmark
- helthjem – Return via store - for in-store returns within Norway or as returns to Denmark, depending on agreement with DSV Parcel
Bring
- Bring – Pickup Parcel Return Bulk - for returns from Norway to Denmark
Customs and documentation
All shipments from Denmark to Norway require customs information. However, documentation is handled internally between DSV Parcel and the sender. This means Shipmondo does not generate a commercial invoice when the shipment is booked.
Using this service requires a direct shipping agreement with the carrier.
