With this new solution, you will receive regular status updates regarding your cases, and all communication will automatically be organized under the specific case. Additionally, surcharges are automatically put on hold, eliminating the need to wait for our customer service to put them on hold for you manually.

This streamlined workflow also speeds up and simplifies the collection of documentation, optimizing the case handling process and making the management of various case types faster and more efficient for you as a Shipmondo customer.
