PostNord: Incoterms now available when booking export shipments

June 25, 2025

It is now possible to select an Incoterm (term of trade) when booking PostNord shipments through Shipmondo, where customs information is required.

The available options are:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
  • DAP (Delivered At Place)

If no selection is made, DAP will be used by default, as has been the case until now.

You can select incoterms when booking the following PostNord products:

  • PostNord Service Point
  • PostNord Parcel Locker
  • PostNord Home
  • PostNord Parcel
  • PostNord Parcel Direct Injection
  • PostNord Groupage
  • PostNord Pallet

This applies to all PostNord divisions: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland 🇩🇰🇸🇪🇳🇴🇫🇮

For API users only

If you wish to define incoterms when booking through our API, you need to specify either DDP or DAP under term_of_trade in your Create shipment request.
