Back in April, we introduced print history in Shipmondo, allowing you to view and retrieve documents that had been sent to print directly from your account.

We have now extended this functionality so that print history also includes documents where you chose to download instead of sending them to automatic print. You will still find the history under Account settings > Print history, where you get a consolidated overview of recently generated documents.
This gives you even better traceability and flexibility, especially in situations where:
- A print job fails and the document needs to be recreated without rebooking the shipment
- Documents have been downloaded for local printing or further processing and need to be found again later
Note! The downloaded files shown in print history are complex documents, meaning documents that either contain at least 10 different pages, or consist of two or more document types (e.g. a shipment that includes both a packing slip and a shipping label).
