With Shipmondo’s Document Designer, you can design your own picking lists, pick route lists, and packing slips, so they support the way you actually run your warehouse and logistics, not the other way around.
You decide which document to work on and can adjust both layout, content, and structure to match your processes.
Design is handled in HTML and Liquid, giving you the flexibility to, for example:
- include product images, custom text, or internal notes
- insert barcodes and QR codes for scanning and tracking
- fine-tune sections, columns, and typography so documents reflect your brand and are easy to work with in daily operations
The Document Designer also supports language management, so you can work with multiple languages and translation keys via Shipmondo’s Translation tool. This is ideal if you ship to several markets and need localized documentation.
You can start from existing design templates and adapt them, or use them as a base to build your own fully customized layouts.
