Shipmondo now supports two new value-added services for DHL Freight Denmark and Sweden.
Time slot booking - pickup
- Pickup takes place within a predefined time window.
- When this service is selected, DHL will contact the sender to agree on the specific pickup time.
Time slot booking - delivery
- Delivery takes place within a predefined time window.
- When this service is selected, DHL will contact the recipient to agree on the delivery time.
- The time window may be shorter or longer than 2 hours.
- Deliveries within less than 2 hours require a separate agreement.
If you would like more information about these services, please contact the carrier directly, as they require a direct shipping agreement with DHL Freight.
