Shipmondo users have been granted access to their print history, where they can retrieve previously printed documents. This improves both security and flexibility in your workflow and makes it easier to recover your documents if something goes wrong 🖨️
You’ll find the history under Account settings > Print history.
The function is placed before the print job is actually sent, which means you can still retrieve documents even if the print fails due to network issues or printer errors.
This feature is especially useful when:
- A print fails and you need to regenerate the document without starting over
- Multiple documents are printed at once and you need to locate and reprint a specific one
- You want added reassurance when using the Print and close-function
When you download a print job, a PDF file, identical to the document originally scheduled to be sent to the printer, is generated.
