It is now possible to use PostNord’s Return to Sender service from the destination countries Norway and Finland.
If you select the service when booking your PostNord shipments, it ensures that if the shipment cannot be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to the sender instead of being redirected to a service point.
For API users only
When booking via API, the following product code RETURN_TO_SENDER should be used in your Create shipment request.
