From January 1st 2025, new legislation regarding the shipment of heavy parcels will take effect in Germany. The regulations apply to parcels weighing between 10-20 kg, as well as parcels exceeding 20 kg.
According to the legislation, parcels over 10 kg and 20 kg, respectively, must be labeled correctly.
The labeling is handled automatically when creating a shipment in Shipmondo, which requires the sender to provide the precise weight at the time of booking.
