Shipmondo now supports the carrier CityMail in Sweden 🇸🇪.
As the name suggests, CityMail operates mainly in Sweden’s cities, and not all rural areas are covered. You and your customers may therefore see an error that the postal code or address isn’t supported. This is a limitation on CityMail’s side that we have no control over.
Outbound products:
- Hemleverans Bas
- Hemleverans Prio
- Paketskåp
- Hemleverans Kväll
- Hemleverans Express Kväll
Return products:
- Return Pickup in Mailbox
- Return Pickup in Person
- Return Pickup at Door
For the return products, no regular label is printed. Instead, an instruction sheet with a labelless code is printed.
Note! The return products require a desired pickup date and time. Since this can’t currently be specified through the Return Portal, you need to set up a fixed pickup time for CityMail before the products can be used. If it isn’t set up, your customers will see errors when they try to book outside the available times.
Your customer can then change the date and time directly with CityMail. Once a return shipment is booked, your customer receives a notification by SMS and email directly from CityMail with the available options.

Which services are available depends on the product and follows CityMail’s own guidelines. Not all products have all services.
