From now on, we support the LabelFree service for return shipments from DHL Express across all of their shipping products, where the sender’s country is one of the following:

🇳🇱Netherlands
🇳🇴Norway
🇵🇹Portugal
🇷🇸Serbia
🇸🇰Slovakia
🇸🇮Slovenia
🇸🇪Sweden
🇹🇷Turkey

When you use LabelFree for returns, a QR code is created that must be scanned when the parcel is dropped off.

Booking these products requires a direct shipping agreement with DHL Express. Haven’t set up your DHL Express agreement in Shipmondo yet? Check out the guide on how to request one here.

For API user only

When booking via API, the service code QR_CODE must be used in your Create shipment call.
