Send your own delivery note number to DSV as a reference.
Shipmondo now has an optional Delivery note number field when you book with DSV Road Denmark. The number is sent to DSV as a reference, so you can find and reconcile the shipment in DSV’s system using your own number.
Delivery note number as an extra reference
DSV Road Denmark receives the delivery note number as an extra reference alongside the package number. The package number remains the primary reference at DSV, and the delivery note number sits with the shipment’s other references. If the field is empty, Shipmondo sends no extra reference.
The field is found under Additional details when you create the shipment.
The feature applies only to DSV Road Denmark and only with your own freight agreement. DSV Xpress and DSV Parcel do not have the field.
Available in the API
The delivery note number can also be sent in the API. Set the attribute delivery_note_number in your Create shipment request. See the API documentation for more details.
