You can now enable a new customs setting on your Shipmondo account that automatically merges customs lines with identical details when booking shipments. This feature is designed to help reduce the number of lines on your customs invoice and potentially save you from unnecessary customs clearance fees.
If multiple customs lines share the same country of origin, content description, and HS code, they’ll be merged into one line, with the total value and weight calculated and rounded automatically.
The setting applies to all booking channels: manual booking, Order Management, API, as well as our Print Client.
