Several users have requested to be able to share parcel-specific tracking, giving their customers a clearer overview, especially in cases where parcels are delivered separately.
This feature is particularly relevant when sending multiple parcels to the same recipient within a single shipment. Previously, only a single overall tracking link could be included but now, you can insert individual links for each parcel, allowing the recipient to easily follow the status and delivery of each one.
The new tag for use in message templates is parcel_tt_links. You can find more information on how to use and configure personal messages in Shipmondo in our Help Center here.
