From May 2, 2025, the following PostNord products will change names:
- MyPack Home will become PostNord Home
- MyPack Home Small will become PostNord Home Small
- MyPack Home Economy will become PostNord Home Economy
- The service MyPack Home Small Samsending will become Home Small Samsending
In addition, the product Rekommanderet brev (PDK_RE) may only be used for document shipments going forward. As a result, the option to add customs information has been removed, which also includes the Include CN22-service.
For API users only
For PostNord Home products, this is only a naming change. The product codes remain unchanged.
For product code PDK_RE it’s no longer possible to send customs information in the customs object, which results in the removal of service code INCLUDE_CNN22.
