The product Jetpak Premium will be phased out on March 14, 2025.
The new products replacing Premium have already been created in Shipmondo and are ready for use:
Bicycles Parcels Pallets
If you book via the Shipmondo web portal, you can already update your shipping templates to ensure the new products are selected automatically.
For API users only:
The product code must be changed from JET_P - Premium - to one of the following, depending on your agreement and booking needs:
JET_CYK - Bicycles
JET_PKK - Parcels
JET_PLL - Pallets
You can find a complete overview of available products, services, and parcel types in your Shipmondo account under Settings > API > Product and service overview.
