If you have a direct agreement with Budbee, you can now configure your Shipmondo Return Portal to use Budbee’s Return Pickup as a service for your return shipments.
The service is supported for returns between the following countries:
🇧🇪 Belgium
🇩🇰 Denmark
🇫🇮 Finland
🇳🇱 Netherlands
🇸🇪 Sweden
Once a return shipment has been created, the sender does not need to take any further action. Budbee will collect and return the package to you without the need for a shipping label, and your customer will be notified about the pickup.
