Shopify: More pickup point options in Shipmondo Delivery Checkout

We’ve updated Shipmondo Delivery Checkout for Shopify to give you more flexibility when setting up your delivery methods.

What’s new?

  1. Pickup point type filtering You can now choose which pickup point types are shown in checkout. You can display both parcel lockers and staffed pickup points, or only one of the two.

  2. More carriers available in the setup You can now select from all carriers available in your Shipmondo account when creating delivery methods in the Shipmondo app.

If you’re using the Shipmondo platform for order and freight management

The update changes the format of the delivery methods imported into your Shipmondo account:

  • New delivery methods will be created using the new format
  • If you edit an existing delivery method, it will be converted to the new format
  • Delivery methods you don’t edit will keep the current format

This means that if a new delivery method is created, you will need to map it again to the relevant shipping templates. You can revisit how to do this in the guide here.

For API users only

If you use our Shopify app and book shipments through our API, this update includes a change to the delivery method code format. You can find more details in our API Change Log.
