It is now possible to add an Additional reference when creating a shipment in Shipmondo. This gives you better visibility and more options for managing your shipments efficiently.
This update makes it easier to work with your own reference points and quickly locate specific shipments.
The feature was initially requested by API users and is now also available to users creating shipments directly in the Shipmondo app. We are also working on supporting Additional reference for both Drafts and Orders, so even more workflows can benefit from the field.
Under Booked shipments, you can also:
- Add Additional reference as a visible column in the shipment overview
- Search directly by Additional reference in your shipment list
For API users only
To include this additional reference when booking, simply add the additional_reference parameter in your Create shipment request.
