DHL Parcel: Parcel Connect Light now available

Shipmondo now supports Parcel Connect Light, a new global B2C parcel product from DHL eCommerce. Parcel Connect Light is a brand-new integration, which we have placed under our DHL Parcel umbrella, as it shares the same technical setup as Parcel Connect.

Parcel Connect Light is intended for shipping low-value goods, up to approx. €358.50 per shipment and with a maximum weight of 2 kg. Initially, you can send the product from Denmark 🇩🇰, Sweden 🇸🇪 and Germany 🇩🇪 to recipients worldwide, with the option to expand to more EU countries later.

Tracked

For a range of destinations, primarily the EU and larger international markets, you can add the Tracked service and follow your shipment all the way.

Customs

For dutiable shipments, Shipmondo does not generate a customs invoice. Instead, a CN22 declaration is added directly to the label.

DHL Globalmail (GMB)

If you need to consolidate your shipments, you can combine them onto a single waybill (Airwaybill). This solution is called DHL Globalmail (GMB). You book your Parcel Connect Light shipments as usual and then retrieve a consolidated waybill.

Note! You can book Parcel Connect Light either as individual shipments or as DHL Globalmail (GMB). The two solutions cannot be combined.

For API users only

When booking via API, use the product code DHLP_CLP in your Create shipment request. To add tracking, use the service code TRACKED.

For DHL Globalmail (GMB), book your shipments and then retrieve a consolidated waybill.
