DSV Road Denmark: Enter pallet places per colli yourself
Enter exactly how many pallet places each colli takes up.
The Liquid variable order.is_returning_customer shows whether the customer is new or returning, so one template can adapt the text in documents and messages.
Shipmondo now has the Liquid variable order.is_returning_customer. The variable is true or false and shows whether the customer was a returning customer when the order was placed, so text and content can be adapted depending on whether the customer is new or returning.
order.is_returning_customer can be used anywhere order information is already available: on picking lists, on packing slips, and in order-based messages about order status, fulfillment, invoices/credit notes, and refunds.
You can, for example, welcome new customers, thank regular customers for coming back, or show different offers on the packing slip.
You can, for example, use the variable like this: {% if order.is_returning_customer %}Welcome back!{% endif %}
order.is_returning_customer is not available in shipment-based messages or on the pick route list, because they do not have order information. Orders with no customer attached always count as not returning. The variable is not available in the API either.
The variable requires no activation. In the template editor preview, the returning-customer variant is always shown.
