Shipmondo has launched the ability to sync returns with the webshop for 11 more platforms, so stock updates automatically.
Shipmondo has now launched the ability to sync returns with the webshop for 11 more platforms: PrestaShop, Dandomain, Dandomain Classic, Wix, GoldenPlanet, SmartWeb, Squarespace, ScanNet, Starweb, Wannafind, and Ecwid.
The feature updates stock in the webshop the moment a return is approved in Shipmondo. For each order line, you choose whether stock should be adjusted, so damaged items aren’t automatically added back to stock.
How it works
- Turn on the feature once. It’s set on the webshop integration — a one-time setup.
- Handle the return as usual. The return is created and received on the order in Shipmondo, with the returned quantity per order line.
- Choose per order line whether stock should be adjusted. This choice only appears on lines where the webshop manages stock for the item.
- Approve the return. The result is logged as an event on the order in Shipmondo. If the sync fails, the return is still approved, and the error appears on the order.
