Shipmondo: Upload your own documents

August 5, 2026

Carriers often have different requirements for which documents they need in connection with their shipments. Most are generated automatically and sent along, including customs documents, but there may also be a need to attach specific documents.

That’s why Shipmondo now supports document upload for shipments with several carriers.

We currently support document upload for the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • DHL Express
  • Link Logistics

The types of documents you can choose from depend on the carrier in question and may therefore vary. You can upload multiple documents at a time.

File requirements:

  • Max 25 MB
  • Max 100 characters in the file name
  • Must be uploaded in PDF format

Booking via API

You can also add the documents via API. Read more about it in our API docs here.
