Integrate your Shopify store with Shipmondo and bring your shipping and order flow together across carriers such as Bring, DHL, UPS, PostNord and many more.
As order volume grows, the manual steps between Shopify, carriers, warehouse and customer communication can quickly add up. With Shipmondo, you can connect your Shopify store to your shipping setup and decide for yourselves how much of the flow you want to manage in Shipmondo.
You can use Shipmondo as your shipping engine for booking across carriers, or bring more of your operational workflow together in our Order Management, including pick and pack, capturing payment and handling returns. With Delivery Checkout, Shipmondo can also come into play as early as the checkout on your webshop.
This lets you build the setup that fits your business and expand it as your needs change.
How to manage shipping in Shopify with Shipmondo
Do you sell on Shopify? Then it might be time to automate more of your shipping and order flow.
With Shipmondo’s integration for Shopify, data can be transferred to Shipmondo, but that doesn’t mean every business has to work the same way. You decide what role Shipmondo should play in your setup.
Use Shipmondo as your shipping engine
If you want to keep managing your orders in Shopify or another system, you can send shipment data to Shipmondo and use the solution to book freight across your carriers - whether you have your own shipping agreements or use our built-in rates - and print shipping labels automatically.
That way, Shipmondo works as a shipping engine in your existing setup, so you can consolidate your freight booking without necessarily moving the order handling itself.
Use Shipmondo for your entire order flow
If you want to bring more of the operational handling together, you can transfer order data from Shopify to Shipmondo Order Management. From there, you can work on tasks such as pick and pack, capturing payments, freight booking, Return Portal and return handling.
This gives the warehouse a more cohesive workflow, from the received Shopify order to picking, packing and shipping - and on to any return.
Connect Shipmondo as early as the checkout
With Delivery Checkout, Shipmondo can also come into play earlier in the purchase journey. Here you can set up delivery methods and flexible shipping rules, show pick up points and let the customer’s delivery choice carry over into the subsequent order and shipping flow.
That way, you decide for yourselves whether Shipmondo should work as a shipping engine within a larger system landscape or bring more parts of your Shopify flow together.

Connect your carriers to Shopify
With Shipmondo, you can bring several carriers together in the same Shopify setup. You can use your own shipping agreements with supported carriers or use Shipmondo’s built-in rates.
Integrate PostNord with Shopify
If you want to use PostNord for your Shopify orders, you can integrate your shipping flow via Shipmondo. Shipment data can be transferred to Shipmondo, where you can book freight with PostNord and manage labels as part of your workflow.
At the same time, PostNord can be used alongside other carriers, so your Shopify setup doesn’t have to be built around a single carrier.
UPS and Shopify
UPS can likewise be part of your shipping setup in Shipmondo. This makes it possible to manage UPS shipments together with your other carriers from the same solution.
DHL and Shopify
If you ship with DHL, you can still book freight through Shipmondo and include them in the same workflow as your other Shopify shipments.
Instabox, Bring, DSV and other carriers
Shipmondo also supports a range of other carriers, so you can put together your shipping setup based on the markets, delivery methods and carriers that are relevant to your business. It’s of course possible to combine carriers and let some run on your own shipping agreements and others via Shipmondo’s built-in rates.
Control delivery options and shipping rules in the Shopify checkout
Delivery is an important part of the checkout. Customers need to see relevant delivery options, while you need to be able to control which options and shipping rates are shown.
With Shipmondo Delivery Checkout for Shopify, you can offer delivery to home addresses, business addresses, click and collect, as well as parcel shop and parcel locker, where you can let the customer choose a pick up point directly in the checkout.
At the same time, you can set up shipping rates and rules based on, for example:
- order value
- order weight
- number of items
- postcode
The rules can be combined, so you can control which delivery options are available for different orders.
That way, the checkout becomes an integrated part of your shipping setup.

Automate freight booking and label printing
When an order is to be managed in Shipmondo, you can bring several of the warehouse’s workflows together around the same order.
With Order Management, you can manage your orders and work with picking, packing, payment and shipping from Shipmondo. When the shipment is booked, Automatic Printing can send the shipping label straight to the relevant printer.
This reduces the need to switch between Shopify, carrier portals and separate print flows in the day-to-day order processing.
With our Digital Picking solution, you can also work with digital pick paths and barcode scanning, as well as order checks. This makes it possible to validate items during picking and build a more standardized workflow around order processing.
This is especially relevant when multiple employees or packing stations need to work efficiently on the same order process and picking errors need to be minimized.
Manage returns from your Shopify store
With Shipmondo Return Portal, you can make returns part of the same workflow as your Shopify orders.
Customers can register their return through your Return Portal, while you manage the rest of the process in Shipmondo. If you already use Order Management, returns can then be linked to your existing order and shipping flow. And when the parcel arrives back with you, you can choose to have the item automatically added back to stock in your system.
