Shipmondo Delivery Checkout
Do you have a webshop? With our Delivery Checkout, you decide which shipping products you want to offer, with the carriers you have shipping agreements with.
Our module automatically fetches delivery options and pickup points from your configured carriers, so your customers always get the best and most relevant options. You choose the shipping prices yourself and can determine them based on weight, number of items, or the order value, so the checkout experience is as flexible as possible.
This reduces both errors and time spent on the subsequent managing, and it also provides a faster checkout, higher conversion, and fewer delivery-related support enquiries.
Order management
Once the checkout part is completed, the order data is automatically transferred to Shipmondo Order Management through your order integration. From there, it is easy to handle the order from the overview in Shipmondo, and if you have set up filters, it will be ready for picking in the relevant view.
And if you are not using our picking solution, it will simply be ready for the shipment to be created, the shipping label to be printed, the payment to be captured, and so on.
With our order management, you can easily and quickly book shipments that are set up with shipment templates.
Digital pick paths
Instead of walking around the warehouse with physical pick lists, we have developed a digital pick and pack solution. Here, you can use a tablet, computer, mobile phone, or handheld terminal to pick your orders.
Our picking solutions make it possible for you to add barcodes to the warehouse, so you can optimise the picking path as efficiently as possible, and so the items are sorted according to their location in the warehouse. In that way, you get a more efficient workflow and minimise unnecessary steps.
At the same time, you also get the option to display product images during picking, where you can use order checking to confirm your picking and make sure you are picking the correct items.
If you still pick using physical pick lists or pick path sheets, you have the option to customise the design with our Document Designer, so it meets your needs.

Automatic printing of shipping labels and documents
Automatic printing makes it possible to print shipping labels, packing slips, and customs documents completely without manual actions. When an order is ready, the print job is sent directly to the correct printer when you use Shipmondo Print Client.
This means that you can eliminate waiting time at packing stations and ensure a stable flow during busy periods. The printer setup is managed centrally, so you always have control over formats, labels, and workflows.

Automatic customs
If you operate in markets outside the EU, you need to have control over the customs documentation for your shipments.
With automatic customs, Shipmondo fills out your customs documents based on product data you have already registered. This includes HS codes, product descriptions, country of origin, and value. All the things that normally require manual data entry.
The documents are generated correctly every time and sent digitally to the carrier wherever paperless trade is supported. This reduces the risk of errors, delays, or held shipments.
