DSV Road Denmark: Enter pallet places per colli yourself

Shipmondo now has an optional Pallet places field on each colli when you book with DSV Road Denmark. It lets you enter exactly how many pallet places a colli takes up, including for package types such as half pallets (HPL).

Pallet places per colli

DSV Road Denmark receives the pallet places you enter for all package types. Where the field is left empty, Shipmondo sends pallet places automatically as before, so one shipment can mix colli with and without pallet places entered.

Pallet places are entered per colli. If you book 3 pallets with 2 pallet places each, 2 pallet places are sent for each pallet, 6 in total. Decimals are allowed, for example 0.5.

Available in the API

Pallet places can also be sent in the API. Set the attribute pallet_places on each colli in parcels in your Create shipment call. The value is given as a string. See the technical details in the changelog on Shipmondo.dev.
