What is CityMail?
CityMail is a Swedish postal operator and last-mile specialist that has delivered letters and parcels to Swedish households and businesses since 1991. Today, CityMail reaches around 6 million receivers and distributes both letters and parcels within the same logistics network - a model that makes delivery both fast and efficient.
CityMail is known for its strong focus on big cities and on sustainability. A large share of deliveries are made completely emission-free using bicycles and fossil-free vehicles, and in central urban areas the vast majority of deliveries are both emission- and noise-free. Receivers can have their parcels delivered to the door, to parcel lockers or to a pick up point (ombud).

How to book freight with CityMail in Shipmondo
With your own shipping agreement with CityMail, you can easily book freight through Shipmondo, making your shipment process even easier and faster.
If you don’t already have a shipping agreement with CityMail but would like to use them as your carrier, you need to enter into an agreement directly with them.
If, on the other hand, you already have an agreement with CityMail, you can request to have the shipping agreement activated on your Shipmondo account right away. In addition to booking freight across carriers, you can also automate and streamline order management, printing, customs and return management with Shipmondo, among other things.
Once your shipping agreement in Shipmondo is activated, you can book with CityMail both through your Shipmondo account and our API. This way, you can integrate the booking of shipments into your current workflow.
