Order Management: Pause orders when a shipment fails

You can now choose whether an order should automatically be skipped or paused if a shipment fails during creation.

The purpose of this feature is to help you maintain a structured flow - even when something goes wrong. You can simply set aside the box with the picked items, complete your other orders, and return later to fix the issue and finalize the order - without losing track.

Once the feature is enabled and a shipment fails, you will still see the usual status summary of the processed orders.

Additionally, two new actions are available:

  • A Shipment failed-label is printed
  • The order is automatically paused

This means you can now easily filter for paused orders and get a full overview. When the barcode on the failed label is scanned, the order automatically opens in Shipmondo, allowing you to quickly locate and resolve the issue.
