Neutral Delivery Service (NDS) is now supported for all DHL Express products that require customs clearance.
With Neutral Delivery, the sender can hide the declared shipment value from the recipient. This feature is particularly useful for shipments where the importer and recipient are different parties, and where information about the goods’ value should not be disclosed to the end recipient.
When Neutral Delivery is selected, importer information becomes mandatory when booking the shipment. Initially, this requirement applies to manual bookings only.
Booking this service requires a direct shipping agreement with DHL Express. Haven’t set up your DHL Express agreement in Shipmondo yet? Check out the guide on how to request one here.
For API users only
When booking via API, use the following service NEUTRAL_DELIVERY in your Create shipment request.
